“Dr. Nash and Nurse Tena are an amazing team. Every time I’m there, they give me their full attention. I never feel like just a patient; they connect with you on a personal level. I can’t say enough about Dr. Nash. She goes 1000% above and beyond for her patients. I’m definitely lucky that she is my doctor.”

“Somewhat listened, though seemed to lack understanding. Many changes were made on my 1st visit. I didn’t receive a summary of the visit, therefore left unsure of what I was supposed to do (I did take notes), but the information given to me changed after Dr. Bailey stepped out to confirm the changes with his “supervising doctor”. (I don’t know what that was about either). When I called back to find out, the nurses answers were not thorough and she offered no explanation. She was friendly. The majority of the staff were inattentive, didn’t acknowledge my need for help and direction. Actually most didn’t look up from their computer screens upon my arrival (as I did say hello), or my departure when I said “have a good evening”. Little compassion shown, however Dr. Bailey did seem somewhat friendly. Though unsure of the changes he was making.”

“I just want to give the biggest thank you to KATHY. When I called early one morning trying to figure out if they were in-network with my insurance she was so helpful! I felt her compassion and care over a phone call!! I wasnt sure how to go about figuring things out but she was able to help me figure out how to find out and then was able to set me up with a same day appointment!! God bless you. This was a huge deal for me. It was my first time finding a primary physician. Dr. Cho is so kind! She listens and is compassionate as well! All the nurses are so nice as well!”
