“I’ve been going to a Dr here since 1998. The back of the house (medical assistant’s- have changed - for the better). Front office staff has not changed and still aren’t very friendly, they never have been. And it’s sad. I would expect a “hello” or “have a nice day” after 28 years. However it’s never happened and I’ve come to not expect it back (I say it to them) as I’ve known them as long as I’ve been going there. I’m a human being. Not a number. My Dr was with me before I had children, my children are now in their 20’s and see a different PA in the office. Which I may see in the future. She is kind, remembers you, asks how you are, and seems genuinely interested in your well being. Great job BS. PA….”
