What patients say on Google
“I’m 50 years old with five children, and visiting this type of doctor has always been a challenge for me. Dr. Graham completely changed that experience. She has an incredible ability to turn an uncomfortable situation into one that feels calm and reassuring. Her bedside manner is exceptional—warm, compassionate, and easy to talk to. In the past, I often left these appointments feeling uneasy, even violated at times. After seeing her, I felt none of that. She is, without a doubt, the best I’ve ever experienced.”
“The office staff at the Alton location has always been pleasant and responsive. The medical staff has been capable. They are transitioning to a different model. There is still a bit of confusion about the new staffing model due to poor communications and/or explanations. This is an administrative issue and not the office or medical team's fault. The patient portal is basic (at best) do not expect Epic (BJC/SSM/OSF/MERCY) accessibility. The patient portal has significant shortcomings; you can message your provider(s) and view many (not all) test results and a short visit summary. Results are not always posted in real time. I have experienced delays from a couple hours to days and even weeks before they were posted for review. (In their defense BJC and the others used to have delays too, waiting to release the results until after the doc reviewed them but they stopped that years ago.)”
“Tierra was the most disrespectful and rudest person I've ever met. I left the office crying and feeling more defeated than I did going in. With several autoimmune diseases under my belt the last thing I need is a Nurse Practitioner downplaying my symptoms or asking me on both visits I had with her "well what do you want me to do" with the rudest attitude while saying it. I reported it to my insurance and will be contacting the hospital to report this. I wouldn't wish this kind of visit on anybody. I too have a witness who has voice recording of her raising her voice at me when I corrected her for asking me what do I want her to do. I want you to do your job and treat your patient! The whole reason people go to the doctor is to get help. But she just gave me more anxiety with the medical field.”
“Dr Kasiemobi Okonkwo made my wife and I feel very much cared for by the way she interacted with us during our conversation about our health issues. She made us feel so much at home that we were able to talk about our significantly private health concerns with her. Her personnel who took our vital data was also quite patient with us.”
