“Typically I do not leave reviews but I left this facility feeling the need to do so. I have been going here for years, specifically the Walk in clinic, and I am usually met with kindness and professionalism, but on 7/9 I was not. Jessica Riggs is one of the rudest nurses I have encountered there. I was told that my condition was “not severe enough to miss x amount of days of work”, yet I have been in and out of the clinic for the past week due to my primary doctor being booked up and my only option was to see an NP at this facility. The visit with her was maybe 3 minutes long, and did not accomplish anything. I was also told I could get a doctors note for these said days I missed if I came back to get reevaluated, just to turn around and tell me I could not get one. This facility needs to re train their employees on how to be respectful and considerate about people’s emotions, because no one wants to be at urgent care, people go to urgent care to get immediate treatment. No one wants to be belittled while also trying to seek the medical care they need. Please, do better. I will not be returning here.”

“My experience was only with the imaging department. Kim was exceptionally nice and helpful. Service desk upon entering was nice and knowledgeable”

“I heard one of the primary care ladies talking to the folks at the front desk about an interaction her and I had just had. It’s a shame she didn’t even try and wait to gossip. Right as I went downstairs and waited for my ride home, I heard her talking. “He said she doesn’t speak English or know how to read!” 🤦🏽‍♂️ the least that lady could’ve done is made sure i wasn’t there before she made fun of my mom! I’m sure it ain’t the first time they’ve made fun of folks. 😒”

“I must say I’m very disappointed in my healthcare here. I have been trying to refill my prescription and every time I try to reach out I can’t get a straight answer. Or I get told that they will and they never do. My pharmacy has had to reach out several times, I have had to go to urgent care because there aren’t any other options for me. It is very unprofessional to leave someone without medication that they were prescribed for weeks at a time.”
