“Dr Chaturvedi and his staff have always been very professional. I’ve been a patient for 10 years. Dr Chaturvedi is a rare doctor who listens and takes your input into his care plan. He does run late sometimes but I don’t know a doctor who doesn’t. From my experience with him, it’s because he takes the time you need. There was a time when scripts were slow to be called in but I haven’t had that issue in at least 5 years. I highly recommend this practice.”

“I’ve been waiting 35 minutes for my appointment with no word from staff or anything. I go to the window to ask if everything was okay and that I got checked in properly because 35 minutes is a bit crazy. And she just told me “yeah that happens” and shut the window……. Very professional! I will now edit my review with the latest shenanigans from this trash tier doctor. Ever since I got swapped from my NP to lazy chaturvedi. He just refuses to send my prescription in. I even gave him a week notice, and now here I am with no meds and no way to get my meds. Solid chap, very happy I spend a ton of money on this place.”

“I've gone to this doctor's office for almost two years now, and Dr. Anand Chaturvedi was one of a handful of doctors who actually listened to me, listened to my INPUT, AND took it seriously. Him and his office staff have always been welcome and inviting, and especially Kristin on the phones. She was a constant bright spot in my journey through all this and not once did I fear calling or being dismissed. I'm not sure about what others are saying about being unprofessional, but my wait times were never truly that bad. Plus, we're in the middle of a pandemic, and people are struggling, so maybe give them some grace since they're literally trying to save your lives. I love these guys and I wish I could take them with me as we're moving, but I can't. It saddens me because it's very hard to find doctors you can trust, and I trust Dr. Chaturvedi with my life, and I have. It was worth it.”
