They all collectively work amazing together from one department to the next. They, meaning Primary Care, Mental Health,Case Managers, Dental and Pharmacy)respect your dignity and listen to you every step of the way. Then, they reassure you that if right then, wasn't the resolution, then come back and they will try another avenue. Rest assured there's light at the end of the tunnel, even when it doesn't feel like in your head, you will leave that office with HOPE! Thank you...”

“So needed help with my ADHD. Made me wait a hour for a appointment. Then they call the next day and need all my proof of income and so on. They called at 1145 and said if I can't show them proof by 3 my appointment would be cancelled. Do not do signature health. They don't care about you. Your just a piece of meat . It's all about money.”

“I had three “therapists.” The first one forgot about me after 3 months of therapy. The second one said I have a victim complex and I allow myself to be abused because I didn’t go no contact with my family when she told me to. The third one kept changing the subject and tried to control what I talked about in my own therapy session. I needed therapy not more reasons to get therapy. Thanks for nothing!”

“Absolutely horrible experience here! Never get a certain diagnosis. I had scheduled with Stacey Brind on February 5, 2026 at 9:40am. I go to check my chart and my appointment shows it is there. Mind you I checked my appointment on my chart 15min prior to my appointment time. I then check it 5 min prior because I have yet to receive an appointment text because it is virtual. When I go to check it again the appointment magically isn’t there. I was told by one of the ladies at the front desk that “I must have canceled”. I am 29yrs old and pretty damn sharp. I didn’t hit any buttons to cancel my damn appointment! Then she says that Mrs. Stacey already has another patient for that same appointment time! I asked the lady at the front desk, “ How can she 5 min prior all of a sudden have someone else scheduled for that appointment time unless she had already scheduled someone else way before then and forgot to cancel my appointment?” The time frame alone didn’t add up to what they were telling me! I am furious and even more upset that they tried to make it my fault. I then proceeded to explain to the lady I was talking to “Are you sure the doctor didn’t just have someone else that they scheduled for the same time and just canceled mine?” The lady told me “doctors can’t cancel appointment online through MyChart, only you can do that.” So I did some research and found out that they absolutely do have the ability to do that. So not only have I caught the doctor in a lie. I caught the lady I was speaking to in a lie. I am so fed up with this place. Why lie? Why not have the decency to tell your patient… “hey I messed up and scheduled someone else accidentally for that time, can we reschedule?” Instead they want to make it seem like it’s your fault! Unprofessional and a joke is what I would describe this place as.”
