What patients say on Google

“As for care the place is top notch. When it comes to the billing department it’s a joke. I have been trying to get a $350 over payment back for eight months. Three months ago I believe amber from billing called me saying the reimbursement was approved and she would have the check mailed to her and she would call me to pick it up. A month later I showed up to the office and waited for her to see me and she said she figured I got it already. Remember she was supposed to call me. Makes zero sense. I got the number of her boss left a voicemail and she responded back saying she would get to the bottom of it and call me back. Months later nobody will return my calls. I always paid ahead to be sure I never had a debt and this is what it has turned into. While the care is great the billing department is either incompetent or crooks. Make this right! The better business bureau will have to be my next tool and it’s sad because I’ve had a pleasant decade long experience here!”

“All the staff is very friendly and efficient and I cannot say enough about Dr. Kelly O’Conner and her nurses! Excellent at their jobs!!! Always so helpful and the best psychiatrist I’ve ever had. Also the pharmacy is always so friendly and right on time as well.”

“I want to start by saying that the therapy and school-based anger management services my son receives through Signature Health have been very helpful. His therapists have been consistent, supportive, and genuinely invested in him. We have no issues at all with that side of Signature, and we plan to continue those services. However, our experience with the psychiatric/medication management department has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. My son has severe behavioral and emotional symptoms that have gotten worse over time, aggression, unsafe impulsivity, destructive behavior, extreme mood swings, and even statements about wanting to die. I have brought up these concerns repeatedly, but the providers we saw through the psychiatric side consistently dismissed them. With our first psychiatrist, Dr. Mike, the appointments weren’t rushed, but they weren’t productive either. Instead of focusing on my son’s worsening behavior, he often talked about his own home life and his own child. When I expressed serious concerns about a possible mood disorder because of what we live through at home, he dismissed the idea based on one moment in the office where my son didn’t react to something “provoking.” That felt incredibly invalidating, given what actually happens in our home when he escalates. We then switched to a second psychiatrist within Signature Health for another opinion, and unfortunately she was even more dismissive. In our virtual appointment, despite me explaining how much more severe things had become, and the clear fact that my son’s medication was not working, she brushed it off and told us to do ‘family therapy,’ even though he was already in therapy and anger management. It felt like no one was truly listening or willing to consider that his symptoms required deeper evaluation or medication changes. So while the therapy side of Signature Health has been beneficial, the psychiatric department has not met our child’s needs. We are now seeking a more thorough evaluation elsewhere for medication management, while keeping the therapy services that HAVE been working for him. My son needs serious clinical help, and we lost valuable time because our concerns were dismissed. I hope Signature’s psychiatric department takes complex cases more seriously in the future.”

“I keep seeing these cuckoos in the park You got her GPS trackers and shock collars for the employees. It's a burden on the public to have them around. Seen one in the park today yelling profanity at a young client then got upset because someone looked at his car”
