We live about 30 minutes away, and the care team made it so easy to get all of our initial testing done on the same day to make it convenient for us. Katherine and Ron have been amazing, constantly checking in on my son and making sure he's responding to therapy and medication appropriately. The holistic approach is what brought us to Shifa in the first place, and the team has lived up to expectations. Nothing is more frustrating then seeing one doctor and then being referred to a separate doctor and then finding out you have to wait 6 months for an appt. At Shifa, all of the therapists, counselors and doctors are in the same practice and the same building! Finally a team that understands how difficult access to coordinated mental health services can be! Medication is always filled on time...in fact, the office is consistently calling us asking if we are good on meds. What a blessing, If I could get it 10 stars I would.”
