“Shepherd Pratt has been my provider since it was Family Services, probably about 10 years or so. Everything was fine. I had the same therapist for many years. Had the same Rx writer for many years. But now the staff turnover is ridiculous. For about the last 1 1/2- 2 years, I had 3-4 different Rx writers and 2-3 therapists. That really disrupts the continuity of care. Having to answer all the new patient questions again, relive trauma, because it's a new provider & therapist. It makes me very uncomfortable. It takes time for me to build a rapport with them, and for them to get to know & understand me. I've been considering finding a new place. I feel that the place has gone downhill since it became Shepherd Pratt instead of Family Services.”
