“Ever since Sheppard Pratt took over there has been no regard for the patients. My old therapist quit because she was overworked under the new system and I've been disregarded and ignored for the past month. just today I "had" an appointment where I received no email link to the doctor. Calling once put me on voicemail, calling two more times resulted in the operator manually hanging up both times. Mosaic used to be so much better than this. Sheppard Pratt is not what you want, saying this with three admissions to their hospitals where I suffered more trauma than what put me in”
