“I've been with mosaic for awhile. The service is nice and the people are friendly. I see my therapist every month and my doctor every 3 months. Every since the corona outbreak I've been doing my appointments over the phone. I think that it is nice that they give you the option to come into the center or over the phone. I've attended the day program a few times. It's nice to have something to do. At the end of the classes they always served something good to eat which was a plus in book. Over all I have nothing but positive thoughts of the mosaic center.”

“How to begin? I was a mess after the loss of my brother but Sheppard Pratt mainly my therapist and my then psychiatrist gave me hope. With my daughter in my ear about the meds they prescribed I was getting better. I’m progressing and moving into safe space mentally and emotionally but have a ways to go. I believe I will not be fully recovered but enough to spite my self peace again. However, in keeping up with my psych meds Sheppard Pratt failed me because my psychiatrist retired but they have yet to find someone to fill the void so I just linger in that position in my recovery.”
