What patients say on Google
“Literally the rudest providers from here up to central Illinois. If you want to be dismissed and still owe money, this is the place to go. The last 3 times I went they tried to send me out to the ER and it was not emergent, they just don't want to deal with having to figure anything out, and laugh at you for coming in and trying to get tests or bloodwork. I worked in the hospital. No, the ER does not want or have capacity for treating minor or non-life threatening issues. That is not what the ER is for. It is to be used for EMERGENCIES. When it isn't, that's when you use a pcp or walk-in. Not only is it better for letting the patients that need to access the ER have the space to and shorter waits for their emergencies, it's more affordable for patients to pay for non-emergent services. You'd think especially in this economy right now they may show more understanding of that than usual. They've actually been worse, and allowed their provider standards drop significantly. I was sick for 10 days straight and getting more symptoms and asked to please test to figure out what it was and the provider laughed at me and said it's probably viral, you can wear a mask if you want. I said wow this administration is kind of questionable, I'm just trying to figure out what's wrong with me so I don't get my coworkers or dependant mom sick with something that seems pretty bad. She thought I meant the Trump administration and immediately got upset and was rude and rushed the rest of the visit, then didn't even look at me when she got up and left. This place is just bunk now honestly. Cocky providers that either forget why they do this, or were never in it for the right reason to begin with. Last provider seen: Jessica Bane. She should not be practicing medicine, she treats patients like they are beneath her and a waste of her time.”
“The same day care always gets me in and out quick and is friendly. They dont have a place to review the Mental health side so Ima put that here too. The woman (She is Black, only saying that for those that want specifically Black doctors because of yt and other doctors racism especially in Mental health fields and OBGYN practices) at the Mental Health side has legitimately changed my ENTIRE life. I have been misdiagnosed since I was a 6 yr old kid. I have EXTREME anxiety with mental health professionals because they have never cared before just slapped a medicine on the counter said tey this til I just gave up. This amazing woman LISTENED! She cared and I FINALLY have my ADHD diagnosis (Im 29) and after being 350 lbs for the last at least 15 yrs (minus maybe 1 and was 450 at 14 ) Im losing weight "naturally" because of meds (appetite control) My brain is SILENT for the first time ever. I truly owe everything to this woman because I wouldnt have this opportunity of a better life a SMALLER life where I can actually do stuff with my kid, if it wasnt for her. Ill never be able to thank her enough!”
“I am horrified by the way Jessica Baine treated my 18-year-old daughter today. She was condescending, dismissive, and rushed through the appointment as if my daughter’s concerns didn’t matter. Even more shocking, she made cruel and inappropriate remarks that no patient—especially a young adult—should ever have to hear. This behavior is unacceptable and entirely unprofessional. Patients deserve compassion, respect, and proper care, and Jessica Baine failed on every level. I am genuinely concerned that someone capable of treating a patient this way is allowed to work in healthcare. Families, be warned: this is not the standard of care you should expect.”
“💖 Shawnee Same Day SUCKS 💖 i’ve never left there feeling anything but upset and disappointed; not because I didn’t get the results I wanted, but because a PA(👀) there is dismissive and condescending and will laugh in your face and act like it’s a burden that you’re there 🫶🏼 I went there a few weeks after having pneumonia because the nurses had told me to come back if I had any issues. I was struggling to breathe, and the pa literally told me to hit my inhaler. I said I can’t breathe in deeply enough for the inhaler to work then he gave me instructions on how to hit my inhaler and that appointment cost $150 🙄 Thanks, Doc!”
