How likely are you to recommend Shannan Hermann, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner?
What patients say on Google
“My experience was wonderful, I found DR. Shannon Hermann on Lifestance. I chosen DR. Hermann because she checked all my boxes. she has availability for in person visits and virtual appointments. , DR Hermann also has late hours availability and that’s works for me with my schedule, she has weekend availability, I was able to schedule myself online though Lifestance and there was availability as soon as the next day. My first appointment I met DR Shannon in person appointment. she is located very close to me, when we met I can tell she is very knowledgeable cares about her patients you as a person, she explained how things will go with medication it needs to be not only what it does what what it treats and if there’s any other medication your on she will let you know if those are problem areas. She is the best I’ve ever had for medication management I highly recommend DR. Shannon Hermann. I will recommend lifestance for the ease of finding DR. Hermann. A+++😃”
“I've only had one visit so far so I dont know a whole lot about it all just yet. With that being said my therapist was very thorough in her questions of getting a baseline of my history and such and it felt like she heard me regarding my medications and she switched me to something that is supposed to fit my life better. So far so good.”
“My experience was very uncomfortable. There was no ease in transition to the beginning of the Session. Immediately questioned about my past health, history and my life history. About 15 minutes into the session, she diagnosed me with being Bipolar. I’ve been through therapy on and off my whole life never did anyone expressed to me this condition. I just came through a family personal situation. I just needed a little bit of adjusting. I would say more seasonal depression, but not to put me on psych meds that I’ve never in my life. I felt worse, leaving the appointment and scared to pick up the prescription after I found out what it was I had to pull my car over. I cried. I was scared and overwhelmed more than I was walking into the facility. Thank God, I have family members that love me and told me absolutely do not fulfill that prescription. Do not send your family friends or loved ones here. That was very scary experience for me.”
“I met with Shannan Hermann for anxiety/depression medication management, and she diagnosed me with bipolar disorder and wants to prescribe me Latuda. After looking at her reviews, I see that other people had similar experiences where she ignored previous diagnoses, told them they had bipolar disorder, and dismissed any other ideas. She also said bipolar disorder is "100% genetic" which is not at all true, and that marijuana use causes bipolar disorder, which is also not true. she should not be allowed to continue this scam of a practice and I am appalled that I have to pay out of pocket (my insurance doesn't cover psychiatry) for useless care. she just spouts incorrect medical jargon at you the whole time.”
