What patients say on Google

“I called and got the details. Here’s the scam. Cash price: 1st appointment $400 Then 2 more appointments required within the month at $150 each. Then an appointment required each month thereafter at $150 each. So $700 to start with just to get treatment: I’m not sure what’s going on here but helping people is not eh priority. Feels like a money making Ponzi scheme if you ask my opinion.”

“I notice most reviews are about a year and older. Therefore I will note the current experience. Dr. Ghandi packs his clients in this small office with people literally on top of one another, hoovering over you if you're lucky to have a seat. I believe this is due to him being bicoastal. He serves many from the IDD & MH community and he has such a big disconnect! The staff that supports these people are overlooked, he barley interacts with the individuals and dismisses the staff if you attempt to advocate. He needs to have more compassion, and if not he should refer these clients to other doctors who enjoy serving these populations!”

“On behalf of myself, my husband and my daughter, I would like to express a heartfelt thank you to Dr. Gandhi and his staff for making it possible to be seen at the very last minute when we needed an appointment urgently! We left our appointment feeling thoroughly satisfied and happy with the outcome and look forward to continuing with the care provided. Dr. Gandhi was warm and welcoming and made everything easier to manage!”

“Dr. Gandhi is an excellent psychiatrist who truly listens to his patients and carefully adjusts treatment as needed. His professionalism and attentiveness have been greatly appreciated. However, my experience with his front desk staff has been deeply disappointing. The receptionist displayed a serious lack of empathy and professionalism. Her tone and attitude were consistently dismissive and at times outright rude—especially concerning in a mental health setting where compassion and sensitivity are essential. What was particularly disturbing was the difference in how she interacted with patients. I observed a noticeable contrast in her demeanor when speaking with Caucasian patients compared to patients of color, which is both troubling and unacceptable. No one seeking help for anxiety, depression, or any other mental health concern should be subjected to behavior that may worsen their emotional state. I hope this feedback leads to meaningful changes, as patients deserve to be treated with dignity and respect by everyone they encounter in a mental health office—not just the doctor.”
