“This review is specifically regarding the administrative portion of this office. If you have a therapist you enjoy here, I would strongly recommend making sure you understand how communication, scheduling, billing, and follow-up are handled before continuing care. The administrative communication has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional in my experience. Getting someone on the phone is very difficult, and leaving voicemails does not seem to result in timely returned calls. Most communication seems to happen through text or the portal, which may work for some situations, but when billing or scheduling concerns come up, it should not be this hard to speak with someone directly. For a mental health office, clear and timely communication is extremely important. Clients should not have to repeatedly call, text, or send portal messages just to get basic answers or clarification. The lack of responsiveness and organization added unnecessary stress to an already sensitive area of care. Because of the administrative issues, I no longer feel comfortable continuing care through this office. Mental health care should feel stable, professional, and supportive from both the provider and the office staff, and unfortunately the administrative experience here did not reflect that.”
