“Most of the staff were nice however I had one staff member talk to me so rudely on the phone literally said verbatim “Instead of spending your time complaining right now, you could be studying right now. This is just exhausting “. Lady named Simone or Symone, I believe. And she did have an attitude with me on the phone, I even told my friends and family what she said they were shocked. I told the supervisor and she did nothing! After that lady literally said I was being exhausting and negative and I was feeling down about myself. I was not just complaining for no reason because my psychiatrist had prescribed me the wrong medication for the 3rd or 4th time and I had a huge exam coming up with 170 questions. So I really did need my adhd medication as soon as possible and get this after that lady was rude to me the pharmacy told me they sent out another 5 milligram instead of a 10 milligram. I had to repeat myself so many times to these people and go back and forth while working or after studying. IT WAS EXHAUSTING. I would’ve stayed if they had a Telehealth option maybe but they don’t. Also they will charge you $150 if you are more than 10 minutes late even though some people live like 30-40 minutes away and the traffic was just terrible. I would say save your money unless you want to deal with that one staff member that has attitude, get prescribed the wrong medication multiple times ( which is bad bc stimulant medication is serious ), and get charged a lot of money from what I’m seeing in the past reviews.”

“Don't work for or use this company. They violate laws when it comes to mental health. My son has been without his prescriptions for 2 months because they keep changing doctors and locations. For instance this morning my 17-year-old son had to drive an hour from our home to go to an appointment at 8:00 a.m. at 7:50 a.m. their call center calls me to let me know that yet again they're going to have to cancel the appointment and change it. Now they've changed it to Wednesday to a whole nother location that is 2 hours away from my home. They have no solution about getting him his medication. You will never speak to anybody but foreigners at a call center when you try to call any serenity health location. They only push TMS and ketamine because of the reimbursement rates from insurance. If you are not getting one of those services they don't care about your mental health and they will not help you. You will be lucky if you can even be seen by anybody. But they are quick to charge $150 if you're more than 10 minutes late to an appointment. They saw no issue with canceling an appointment with the person in the office. My son was there and already checked in when they called me to cancel the appointment. This is hands down the worst mental health company/corporation I've ever encountered. Stay far far away”
