“I would not send love ones or go to this place. There is some questionable practices with this facility. On the phone take interview, the phone screener will suggest or promote their TMS or Ketamine therapy before being evaluated by a doctor. Then before seeing the doctor or nurse practitioner, during the visit, a medical assistant will recommend you TMS or Ketamine and recommend you bring this up to the doctor you will see in a few minutes. Clearly, the practice makes money on these treatments; however that doesn't mean it is the best for the patient. There is many other treatment options available before someone should do Ketamine therapy and a psychiatrist or psychiatric nurse practitioner should evaulate the patient before any person makes any recommendations on treatment. Additionally, these treatments may not be relevant to the person as for me. Any doctor or nurse who works at this place would also be aware of the practices of the place and should feel that this itself is unethical and would make me question their credibility. I would only go here if you know those are the treatments you want to do; otherwise if you are looking for actual care I would go somewhere else. Furthermore , the prices for the services are quite high compared to other providers. For example with insurance a visit with a physiatric nurse not even a physiatric, was > $500 for medication management. Additionally, they are extremely slow to respond back to questions. It will take several days. If you have concerns about your treatment you will be out of luck.”

“My provider Zahra Hassanally is the best. I can tell she actually cares and listens. I feel so safe in her care for my emotional health. I am so so happy that I got to choose her. Love the team !”

“If you want to feel like you’re at a timeshare, this is your place! This facility is the biggest scam practice I have ever stepped foot into. They prey on the weak and know exactly what they’re doing. Expect your bill to be $4,145 regardless of what treatments you actually have done. The billing statements do not add up. Daniel, the office manager will treat you like absolute garbage and speak down to you. He will not take ownership for his staff failures. Expect 6+ days for a returned phone call after an emergency. This place is nothing but a cash grab. Save your money, the stress, the time, and go elsewhere.”

“I left this appointment feeling rushed, dismissed, and genuinely uncomfortable. While I was in the middle of answering the doctor’s questions and sharing my concerns, she abruptly stood up mid-sentence and said, “Let’s go back to the front,” effectively ending the visit without explanation. I was confused and caught off guard. The appointment lasted less than 30 minutes. Once I agreed to the proposed treatment change (switching to Lamotrigine), the visit seemed to end immediately. There was no wrap-up, and no sense that my concerns were fully heard. Additionally, the doctor repeatedly pushed for me to refer my daughter to her, which felt inappropriate given how rushed and impersonal my own visit was. A comment accompanied by a smirk regarding my daughter being single at age 30 was particularly unprofessional and uncomfortable. Overall, the experience felt dismissive and lacking empathy. I would not recommend this provider and would be open to transferring my care to another physician within the Frisco office.”
