“Very very sketchy! This is a sales clinic, not a mental health clinic! Came in to find a doctor to prescribe my medication, as I just moved here from out of state. Instead, Dr. Andrew Nicohols claimed my diagnosis of 16 years (which I have had multiple doctors see me for) was not accurate. He did this to qualify me and try and push Ketamine treatment on me. He would not prescribe me my medication I’ve taken for years! On top of that he tried to give me a diagnosis of treatment resistant depression, I have a much more complicated diagnosis then this, and with my current diagnosis Ketamine would be dangerous! Very unethical! Cherry on top is they told me I was in-network, took my copay and I just received a bill months later from my insurance claiming they are out-of-network. I called and they are still claiming in network! I will not be paying this bill for almost $800! For what?? I didn’t get any services and saw a shady doctor who wouldn’t give me any medication. If this is not resolved I will be reporting to the medical boards and contacting everyone on BB and Google reviews with a similar experience and starting a class action. I will contact local news reporters. I will not stop until you make this right. FIX THIS NOW”

The office is clean and accommodating and I feel like Dr. Jones listens to my concerns and explains thoroughly any answers to my questions. Seeing a psychiatrist can be very scary and vulnerable but genuinely I’m grateful that my mental health is in the hands of Serenity. I was seen in the Arizona office and now Austin office and Serenity has maintained continuity, with great staff and easy access to appointments across state locations.”
