“I haven't even been here, nor do I think I am going to go here, but they kept calling me over and over again, and the communication was odd. The conversations that I had with these people made me uncomfortable because, Why are you asking about my personal information if I previously told you I found another location? Again, take my review lightly. I have not been here, but as far as communication goes, it lacks.”

“This office DOES NOT accept individuals with disabilities. They lie and spread misinformation in order to avoid dealing with diverse clientele. They only want your money and push unnecessary treatments for the extra check. If you are seeking real impactful mental health care, you will not find it here. You deserve to be treated with dignity and respect no matter who you are, this facility does not honor this moral. If you don’t want to be viewed as a check AND WOULD RATHER BE TREATED AS A HUMAN WHO DESERVES EQUAL ACCESS TO MENTAL HEALTHCARE, then do yourself the favor and look elsewhere.”

“I’m so happy they opened an office in Alexandria. It’s in the INOVA medical area so it’s so nice having most of the doctors I see in one area. Honestly I enjoy Serenity so much I was driving 40 min one way for my TMS therapy daily… DAILY! And I have two kids. This visit was so nice because the receptionist Tara (is also a mother) understood the struggle. She was kind enough to pop on not one but two of the lobby TVs for separate Danny Go episodes so they were occupied for my check in with Dr Tran. It wasn’t anything I expected and since their schedule wasn’t very full for the morning she offered and I totally appreciate the assist. I’ve been a patient there for a year and a half now and I don’t have anything negative to say. 100/10 I would recommend”
