“Don’t anticipate a warm welcome here. Called on Thursday for appointment availability for a specific therapist got a return call Monday just called back and will not be going here. Was told there would be a “back and fourth regardless” I said I don't feel comfortable sharing why I am going to counseling over the phone to someone I have never met after giving general summary of conflicts.. fire Kimberly”

“This place needs to be reported. The owner who is also a therapist is completely irresponsible and in denial of how horrible this center is run. They have cancelled on me 4 times, and then when I speak up for myself of how horrible I am being treated, they decide to drop me as a client. This is not a counseling and wellness center. If you look at the rest of their bad reviews, they try to defend themselves but if your center has 2 star rating, that speaks for itself. To all of my fellow people who want to better themselves, please do not go here. Seek better services somewhere else!!!”

“I tried signing up for therapy. The first time they “didn’t receive my credit card form” so they were able to cancel my appointment. Second time I have been trying to fill out the form online and it is extremely messed up. You type you zip code in and it will move it to the credit card form, type your name and it will move it to expiration date. No matter what. Tried on my phone and tablet and computer multiple times and it refuses to work. Second week they cancelled my appointment because they didn’t have the form. I had to beg for an EMPTY form to fill out the card stuff (my insurance covers 100% of the appointment anyway). I was told my appointment was cancelled and then Brooke told me that it was not, I joined in the zoom meeting and was the only one on the call. 10 minutes later the therapist reaches out via text and says to reschedule the appointment because she didn’t see me in there. I had to send screenshots to prove I was on the call (the zoom link didn’t work of course so I had to call in) It is extremely frustrating when you can’t do anything at all because there are issues on the other end, and because of their your time and money and up getting wasted.”

“Joke of a counseling office. The therapist Canceled 7 appointments, 3 of which without notice, and provided no progress updates throughout the therapy sessions. Dropped as a patient after 2 personal cancellations! Maybe focus on being able to yourselves before you try to help others, especially their children!”
