“Dr. Ross is kind and knowledgeable and her clinic specializes in the Spravato (esketamine) treatment method. Since I was willing to try anything besides daily medication, I thought this would be worth a shot. It's a nasal spray and the taste is horrible, but there is candy in each treatment room that helps. You lay back in a comfy chair and receive 3 separate doses of the nasal spray, each 5 min apart. I hear it hits everyone differently, but I really don't like the way it makes me feel. You relax in the chair and must stay at the office for 2 hours. Although I don't enjoy the treatment itself, I believe it is helping with my trouble sleeping and serious anxiety attacks I had been having. It feels like things are getting better and that the treatments are worth it. If you believe this may be a good thing for you, Dr. Ross is a great Dr and will help guide you.
