“We have had a great experience with Sentinel! The staff is incredibly friendly and professional. They are always going above and beyond working with work schedule changes and appointment times. They continue to be transparent with their billing and with filing the insurance for us after every visit. This past October we had our debit card hacked and they were so incredibly patient and worked with us until we got our new debit card to put on file with them. We have met the owner several times and it is evident that she is such an amazing and highly knowledgable professional who cares about her staff and clients. We have no doubt that God led us to Sentinel~”

“recommend avoiding this provider due to predatory billing practices and a total lack of administrative due diligence. I had already ended my services weeks prior after only four sessions. My co-pays in December were $0, and for the two sessions in January, they were $15 each, totaling $30. While we were waiting for insurance to confirm the January amounts, the office incorrectly reported to my insurance that I had secondary coverage, which I do not. Instead of contacting me to verify this information, they immediately attempted to debit $277 from my account. They chose to process this unauthorized amount before even attempting to reach out to me, despite the fact that I responded the same day to provide the correct information once I was finally notified of the issue. They use signed pre-authorization forms as a blank check to cover for their own billing incompetence. The only amount they were truly authorized to charge was the $30 total for the January sessions, yet their failure to perform basic verification would have caused me significant financial hardship as I was not prepared for such an unauthorized deduction. This office clearly prioritizes profit over ethical communication and the safety of the people they serve.”
