“Had a bad experience with a new medication, called and messaged my provider to say it wasn't going well. It took a week for them to message " an adjustment period is expected" and to increase the dose. No one asked my symptoms or what the problem was. I responded asking for my prior med which I was tolerating to be refilled, I got no response. I have switched practices and will not be returning. Edit added post response: That was the point. I couldn't get ahold of my provider (Elizabeth Pound) for medical advice when I needed to.”
