“Ms Brown is amazing. Very great listener and very compassionate. There is an issue with telehealth providers when it comes to psychtrist and psychologist they don't see what's happening w a patient. Please have in office staff see patients regularly. And report. Because alot goes under your radar. A pictures worth a thousand words if a patient comes in disheveled or dressed crazy you may see what state they're in but a phone consult may go well Also can we have some kind of emergency on call. We've had crisis and not able to get help”

My PA Stephanie McMullen is the best she helps me more than any other doctor I have had and I've had a few she listens to what I say and treats you like a human not a number or someone she has to be done with in 2 minutes she truly cares about her patients. “Review is solely based on the scheduling process. I called to inquire as a new patient and was told there was no immediate openings but could be put on the schedule and that a list of alternative practices would be provided should they be able to provide care sooner. This list came from a VBstrong email. I confirmed with the associate that I would receive a text/email with the appointment details to which she confirmed I would. After not receiving a text/email I called to confirm my appointment only to find out I was not scheduled. The first associate told me there was only 1 male at the practice so despite my preference was willing to take first available. The associate I spoke to today said there were 2 Males and when offered a telehealth option. When I mentioned I would be in Florida visiting family but the telehealth works out great I was immediately told I cannot be see as the Dr is not licensed to practice in Florida. I questioned this as it didn’t make sense to me that I have been a VA resident for 33 years and not sure why physical location made a difference with telehealth and she stated all practices have this rule. That may be the case as I did not research but between the time dealing with the first associate then this one, I decided not to go with this practice as I do not have “warm fuzzy feelings” about their dedication to help those seeking to help themselves or ability to provide uniform information to new patients”
