What patients say on Google
“Dr. Dejesus. Wow. Where do I start. My 2 boys have been seeing her for over 2 yrs now. My boys are now 15yrs and 10yrs old. I have absolutely no complaints about this practice. Never had any issues with requesting emergency appointment for both my children. Dr. Dejesus is quick to respond and quick to fit us in. Also, when bad weather i call and request for telehealth appointment and receptionist is quick to say yes just login at your appointment time. The Receptionist are always professional and kind. Never had any issues with billing. They make it extremely easy. I have 4 children and have a hectic schedule and unpredictable life circumstances when I do have to cancel appointments. Never had any issues. I highly recommend!”
“I have been working with Dr. Jesus for over a little year now. She really has helped me put my life back into order and has giving me a better perspective on life. Dr. Jesus, has done a lot of work correcting a lot of my behavioral issues. I once was a very angry, hurtful person that didn’t care who he told off. Today, with the help of Dr. Jesus, I am at a place of peace, calm and recovery from who I made myself out to be. I created a monster and she has and is working hard with me. I’m not an easy case for her. I would highly recommend Dr. Jesus and her practice. Not only is she a great therapist, she’s very open minded, honest and she will allow you to speak your mind and will allow you to speak your mind as you see fit. She allows telepathy. That is very helpful when I’m also in a pinch and need to speak to her. She is always there for her clients, day or night.”
“DISGUSTING to call them helpers when they disregard someone's mental health over $87. I suffer from PTSD, depression, anxiety and a little more. I've been seeking a change in medication because I need something more but no luck finding a Dr taking new patients after mine left the practice I saw her at. I was given 2nd chances number by my primary because she was concerned about me. I called, set up an appointment and made all the changes they required. Leave current therapist to see theirs, in order to see nurse practitioner about medication. Must see their therapist to see the other, I guess it's a package deal. I was seeing another therapist once a month, here they required every week and agreed to use a sliding scale payment as an every week copay is more than I can afford. Maybe 2 or 3 weeks in, I was told the nurse practitioner left. I decided to remain in hopes of another coming on board, I was told there were no other psychiatric options there. Funny I see reviews from the last 3 weeks claiming their psychiatric help is apparently amazing. Fast forward into Dec when admittedly, more appointments were virtual than in person so they called after 12 on a Fri expressing a need for my bill to be paid. They're closed over the weekend and again called Mon morning, now cancelling my appointment for the following day until my account was out of arrears. I contacted my therapist explaining I would be there for my appointment with the money owed. No big deal until I also received an email later that day, just as nasty. They essentially gave me less than half a work day to respond to their first attempt to contact me before cancelling my mental health appointment over less than $100!!!! I arrived for my appointment the following day, immediately went to counter to pay and was unimaginably so rudely told they wouldn't be honoring the financial agreement made. They basically made me quit what I knew for years to get me in their door and then say screw you!!!! How can they call themselves helpful when someone is begging for help and struggling with every single day and these people treat them like trash! I'm now without any mental health care because I need to start from scratch because of this horribly unprofessional office. NOT where somebody in my condition needs to be. Shame on all of you who work there!!!!”
“Told me they would accept my girlfriends insurance for counseling, then tell me they need to bill both of our insurances and don't accept mine and won't let me pay out of pocket. This is the first time I've ever heard of billing two insurances for one session they're definitely running some sort of fraud scheme here”
