“I’m writing this review because I’m very disappointed with the policy this place has—especially when it comes to working with children and building trust with their therapist. ( which she was great) I had been taking my child here over a month. Once a week for an hour. In one occasion I asked to reschedule an appointment because my child had his last soccer practice and I wanted him to be able to attend both. Unfortunately, the only times they offered didn’t work for me because of my job, and it was too last-minute to get off early. Later, I had a family emergency and couldn’t make another appointment. Which i did cancel that appointment Because of that, they took my child off the schedule completely. It feels like they care more about keeping their schedule strict and full than about what’s best for the child or the relationship being built with the therapist. If you plan to bring your child here, be aware—you can’t miss any appointments, even for emergencies or illness. If you can’t reschedule within the same week, your child will be dropped. I reached out to see if anything could be changed and they just said they policy was one miss session they are taken off schedule definitely wouldn’t recommend this place for that reason.”

“Seasons Counseling, formerly Luckinbill Counseling, is a true asset to our community. The owner genuinely cares about her clients' well-being. Her clinicians’ empathetic approach create a safe space where individuals can openly discuss their concerns without judgment. I've heard numerous success stories from friends and acquaintances who have utilized Seasons Counseling. Many reported significant improvements in their mental health, relationships, and overall life satisfaction. The therapists not only provides valuable insights and strategies, but also empower clients to take control of their lives and make positive changes. It's inspiring to see how Seasons Counseling’s guidance has led to tangible transformations for those seeking support. Overall, I highly recommend this counseling service to anyone looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable professional dedicated to helping others succeed.”

“Very personable and professional services there. I had a small wait to get in but the owner helped move some schedules around; it was definitely faster than other providers in the area. Easy online portal to use for billing, I keep open communication if I have to miss, etc., and I've had no complaints the past year. They have more offices now too!”

“Absolutely loved Carly for my daughter. Very kind and personable, and my daughter was able to form an immediate connection with her. Unfortunately, the owner, Anne, seems to be in it for all the wrong reasons. Her cancellation policy is appalling. Who wants to go to counseling sick, and put everyone else at risk. My daughter missed 2 sessions in 7 months due to illness. And Anne thinks it’s better to discharge her, never mind how much progress she’s made, and who cares she’s going through one of the most trying times of her life, she certainly doesn’t. Anne also refused to work with the detective in charge of my daughter’s case, which speaks for itself. Would not recommend, and I truly hope Carly finds somewhere else to work, as I see such potential.”
