How likely are you to recommend Seaside Behavioral Health?
What patients say on Google
“I have been seen by Dr. Brown for several years 8+. My experience has been excellent. She is a seasoned professional that genuinely cares for her patients. Dr. Brown has been very instrumental in the positive improvements of my well being and of my family's. Her staff is always very respectful and professional over the phone and in person. I always look forward to my visits.”
“Jennifer Cooke is amazing and this review is not because of her. She was attentive and caring. However, I do not trust whoever is in charge of billing there. I went there for 2.5 years solely for medication management, ONLY for med management, never had a change in insurance, but was barely ever billed the same amount. Always check your EOB from your insurance. I finally caught that they had billed both me and my insurance for the same amount of $75, when I should've only paid $18. Any time I would try to speak to the billing person, she would talk so disrespectfully and always try to put the blame on me. She also told me she was too busy to update every client when there was a change in billing. Honestly, this place needs to be investigated for insurance fraud.”
“I am a patient of Dr. Jennifer Brown and I have been a patient even before Seaside Behavioral Health, we were talking the other day about how long we have had this therapeutic relationship that has seen me through many lows that I thought I would never get through. I like Jenny because she is straight forward and down to earth. I like her attitude and her demeanor, at times we all need that tough love and fortunately I grew from it. I am a medical professional myself and I cannot say how much I have benefited from her guidance and care. Her staff have always been courteous and kind to me and I recommend her to my family and friends.”
“I have been here twice and have not had good experiences here. The last psychiatrist i had she told me I was bipolar and gave me this medicine that didn't work and when I would say it wasnt working she didn't listen to me. I found a new doctor and told me I was adhd and I actually have meds that help me. She was not a help at all and the people at the front are also no help with money or billing. I had a therapist here before too but she wasnt helping me at all as well just not a very good practice to go to.”
