“Dr. Randall himself is very kind but his office staff is so incredibly rude & apathetic. They dropped my senior family member as a patient after THEY contacted the wrong number numerous times to reach her. They even hung up on her at one point after they took away her primary care physician that she has had for about 8-9 years. The front desk staff has been rude to me before but not this bad! I wish his office staff was more professional & caring. My review would be lower if it wasn’t for Dr. Randall’s kindness through the years.”
