What patients say on Google

“This is the most terrible excuse for a mental health facility that I have EVER dealt with. They don't answer the phone, they don't send your meds in for refills, and they don't respond to multiple voicemails that I've left. Then the "counselors" are jokes, and a bigger pain in the butt to deal with and they offer ZERO help. I've been a patient there for a few years. Would NOT recommend.”

“Office constantly canceled appointments for a family member often times rescheduling with out contacting to notify of canceled appointments or rescheduled appointments. Getting medication refilled is a pain and often times impossible. Family member was also discharged with out notification. This was the second time this happened. Definitely not a clinic to rely on for basic mental health services I couldn't imagine having and/or having a family member with sever mental health issues and needing to rely on this practice for services or medication for long term psychiatric care. Definitely do not recommend this clinic if you have the ability to get to any of the other ones.”

“I am Extremely pleased with my Counselor, Nate. He’s a breath of fresh air as he listens and asks questions so we can both grow together in my treatment plan and be successful together. Nate has experienced life therefore he is genuinely supportive. I encourage you to consider Nate if you’re needing support, guidance and encouragement.”
Bonita S
“Extremely happy with this place. I will say that I used to use the Circleville clinic (which I don't recommend) but I have now been using the Chillicothe clinic for about a year. The Chillicothe clinic is the polar opposite of the circleville clinic. Nate is a fantastic counselor. The entire staff is great though. You can even get your medications from their in house pharmacy. There is also a crisis center on location 24/7. I cannot recommend this place more than I already do. I will advocate for this place. If you're looking or on the fence, trust me - this IS the right place to be.”
