“This office is horribly run. I went for years and if I asked about a balance, they’d tell me I didn’t have one. I suddenly got a text message one day stating I owed over $900. When my NP left, they didn’t tell me OR reschedule my appointment for me. I just waited for a telehealth call that never came and when I called to see what was going on, they didn’t even seem sorry that they abandoned me when I needed care. Just, “oh, he moved away!” I have countless stories like this from friends and acquaintances who’ve used this office—steer clear if you need communication! If you’re psychic, this is the office for you!”

“I would give zero stars if that were an option. My grandmother has been a patient here for about a year, and we have had no issues with her provider. Unfortunately, the office staff is extremely unprofessional. When attempting to relay a message to the physician regarding a medication formulation compatible with my grandmother’s PEG tube, a staff member refused to assist, immediately cited HIPAA without asking about POA status or offering guidance on submitting documentation, became verbally aggressive, and ultimately hung up on us. This was after the provider directed me to call back and notify her ASAP if the prescription was able to be filled. I never requested PHI, or anything protected by HIPPA laws. Simply asked that a message be relayed back to provider, as my grandmother can’t do this herself given her condition. As a healthcare professional, I understand HIPAA well but there is no justification for yelling at or disconnecting from patients or family members. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this office. Zero empathy or compassion here. I was saddened to see this is a common issue, based on other reviews. 👎”

“If I would could leave zero stars I would! This place will wreck your mental health! I took myself off things prescribed and feel way better than I did before! Everything starts off fine but the more sessions go on, the more medication is thrown and prescribed and manipulates and ruins your mind and mental health! Not only that the more sessions that go on the provider/doctor listens and cares less! I will not be returning nor recommending this place is awful, unprofessional and mentally manipulative place!”

“I have called and left multiple voicemails just to try to set up an appointment as new patient and no one will answer or call me back. Don’t waste your time clearly this place doesn’t care about patients seeking help.”
