“Dr. Perrino is a wonderful care provider and I've always felt heard and cared for by her. I am a former addict and it's important to me to have a doctor who sees beyond just that part of me and she absolutely does. She also celebrates my sobriety with me. The check in ladies are always so kind and helpful. I have never once had a negative interaction with them. I've had limited interactions with the other doctors on staff, and while i wouldn't rate them as highly based off the time soent with them, I will say the ones I've had to see due to our regular doctor or pediatrician being unavailable were nice enough and did what they could for us. I was shocked to see the rating of this doctor office as I've gone here almost 20 years and have rarely had anything less than a positive experience.”

“I saw Dr Perino shortly after having my twin babies. She barely spoke or interacted with me during the visit. I thought that seemed weird. Ultimately she was not helpful and I felt she didn't care about me as a patient. I decided to get a second opinion with another Dr because I felt she disregarded my symptoms. I was right. I am glad I got a second opinion and the help that I needed.”

“Daughters app. Was set for 3:15pm was here at 3 got all paper work done by 3:07 pm still sitting in room and it's now 3:45 pm and still nothing or no notifications from anybody. Just in a cold room waiting while the dr is just chit chatting away outside. Average wait is 18 mins tops not a half an hr. Not satisfied at all and if it's going to be like this everytime I'm finding a different dr for my daughter!”

“My primary has been Dr. Perrino for almost 7 years now, she’s never treated me unfairly and always strives to make sure my anxiety is comfortable each visit. I hate SBL but Perrino is my favorite.”
