“I love the fact that when they make a mistake in scheduling it's somehow the patients fault. I was told my appointment was on Tuesday 12/9/25 but apparently whoever scheduled me put on for 12/8/25. I was given a card that had 12/9/25 on it and I received a phone confirming my appointment on 12/9/25. They immediately dropped my case and then proceeded to ask if I wanted back on the waiting list. You just proved to me that I can no longer trust this establishment, why would I come back after that?? Why? So I can wait another year almost year and a half to be seen again? NO THANK YOU”

“The d3ntal scheduling is just stupid you have to call at 9 am on Monday and only at 9am on Monday no other time only 9 so 1 hour ounce a week they need to change this you should be able to call and make a dental appointment any day and time of the week id give negative stars it i could this is just ridiculous”
