“I'm only making a review because of the one star below me. I feel like it's unfair. I have been in Brentwood 4 times, each time for over 7 days. Dr. Saran was my Dr for the last 3 times, and then continued to be my doctor for a few years after until I decided to get off all my medication and learn how to be normal. It's true, it can be hard to get ahold of Dr's from Brentwood, but you aren't there and you don't actually understand what they are doing and dealing with. It's absolute chaos and every psychiatrist in there (there were many) looked exhausted and tired constantly. The only times I've seen Dr. Saran look in good health is when he's at his office, not while I'm in Brentwood seeing him from inside it. Cut the man some slack. I've been in his office 30-50 times over the years and I've always felt welcomed and heard, unlike any other psychiatrist or even counselor. 5 stars from me, that is all, Marcella you are lucky I can't reply to your review or I'd rip into you for bashing my favorite psychiatrist when I've gone through over 10 different ones in my juvenile years”

“My daughter was in Brentwood for 7 days. I left several messages for him to call me. I never heard from this dr the whole time she was in the hospital. He also switched up all her psychiatric medications. He used to be her psychiatrist when she was younger all he did was prescribe different medicine. He barely talked to her and before I fired him we told him what to prescribe. Very poor care. Do not waste your time if ur child needs real psychiatric care.”

“I have been going here, off and on, for over a decade now. I have moved out of the state twice and, when I come back, his office has agreed to see me. I am often able to communicate directly to my provider and the front desk is incredibly prompt and kind.”
