What patients say on Google

“I can't say enough horrible things about eskanazi. I used to love it before they made the move to Twinaire. At one time you used to be in and out (as a 13 day bottle holder). The counselors used to be that...Counselors! Now.. They are just people who complete your paperwork and Triple book to meet their quota for "check in." Half the time I don't even know who my counselor is, it changes so much. I drove over an hr just because I don't like change but after the move I'd hit my limit with this place. Even the staff can't stand it anymore. Let's not mention all the false positives I've had and almost lost my bottles. I've been stable for 6 yrs.. No real dirty drops..home..career..cars..no jail.. Private insurance & STILL get treated and have to jump through hoops like some of them there that can't get right with the program. Oh and the price weekly is $250+ without insurance! I transferred to Bloomington..30 min closer..I love my counselor.. They treat me like a successful person... That I am with treatment! And only $117 weekly! I truly miss the little ghetto shack that used to be midtown... Where the nurses knew about your family.. You were in and out.. Had real counselors that cared and they all knew your name even if you'd only been there 2 weeks. Eskanzi get it together! As a non profit you only care about $$$!! Not the success of "clients." I truly feel sorry for anyone stuck there with ITC being the only transfer option. It's no wonder your success rate with this clinic is only 20%... The changes you've made are NOT positive. Addiction is sensitive and needs to be met a certain way and you guys are failing miserably!!!! Thank God I'm a strong person otherwise I'd feel hopeless as hell with this place. Take the Bloomington MedMark mindset and put the client FIRST!!!! Wish I could say I miss it there but I can only say... Thank God I'm at a place where I matter now and I'm mad at myself that I took my anxiety through all the BS I did for so long with Eskanazi out of fear of change. Never again ✌🏻”

“Midtown is a place where you don't have to wait in line 45 min your only in line 30 sec it's fast and there really there to help you . All the nurses are like family everyone knows each other . If you need a place that's stress free and and really is there to help this is the place I've been going a long time and they don't pressure you to go down on your dose they don't give you problems on going up on ur dose either like I said stress free I love midtown best thing that ever happened to me I've been clean the whole time I've been there. Great place that wants to help with no pressure!”

“I have yet to encounter any staff member that has not been professional,, patient and engaged in helping me through this process. I am so happy I chose this clinic to start my journey to recovery. They have definitely made it an easy and comfortable process. Keep up the good work!!”

“What once made this the best clinic issue slowly fading away ... since the switch all the buricratic stuff has made this slowly start to become like the other local one ... the doctor cares but they make it impossible to handle things right .. not everyones recovery is black and white .. councilors are leaving left and right because of it all, it was once like a family they made you feel like they truly cared and it's what made it stand out and a fantastic place... not it's like ... take a number and shut up ....it's not the same that's for sure”
