What patients say on Google

“Dr. Rosen is the Best, Most Caring and informed Doctor I’ve ever been to. Been his patient for 20 some years and it’s been a positive and learning experience. He has seen me through some very difficult times. I recommend him highly.”
Tammy Aydlett
“Both Dr. Rosen and certain staff members are very rude. I’ve been a patient of his for about 4 years on and off more off than on because of his delivery. He is very impatient and short. I recently had my LAST appointment with him where i was 4 minutes late because I’m 9 months pregnant and couldn’t find a park the lady at the front desk called as i was on the elevator i told her I’m almost there . As I’m checking in at 1:04 the lady who is closest to his office calls ask to speak with me and says “ you have a 1:00 appointment ma’am” …very rude tone ! When I stated i’m in the waiting room she giggled and so oh ok. I get back to his office he’s visibly and verbally upset because it is now 1:06 and “ I only have 15 minutes to see you” I come in have a seat and he begins asking questions i let him know that my mother passed away5 days prior and instead of him asking the cause he says “ cocaine overdose?” When i was clearly trying to tell him the real cause. As I’m telling him that my OBGYN wrote a note stating it was ok to reinstate my medication for depression and anxiety due to circumstances he shushes me and says I see a note from your doctor. Then just to tell me he will only re write the script for the one he wants. Just an overall HORRIBLE experience. If you are looking for a Dr. and staff with compassion and understanding this is not a good fit! I found a new Dr. who is understanding and caring and doesn’t have just a 15 minute window for those who are clearly in a crisis.”

“Dr. Rosen is a compassionate and knowledgeable doctor - I would rate him a professional 5 stars. My problem was difficulty using the app's audio feature. Consequently, I will need to physically go in to see the doctor. I have recently had knee replacement surgery, I am going through physical therapy to train my muscles to work with my new knee and really needed my virtual visit to be a success. Is there any customer support available to help me with my lack of audio? I have given audio permission in the app's settings. Thank you for providing this follow up opportunity. P.S. My 5 star rating is for the rating for the doctor. I would rate the video conference app as 1 star.”

“Dr Rosen makes me feel so comfortable to express my situations. He is compassionate yet professional and very knowledgeable”
