What patients say on Google
“If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. What an absolute joke! The receptionist didn't even check me in when I got there this morning, so I missed a much needed appointment. Then, a supervisor told my daughter that her genetic disorder wasn't real because she'd never heard of it. She also apparently doesn't "look" Autistic.”
“The new receptionist is so awful! Like this is a building for children with certain needs and she treats everyone with such an attitude. Not sure exactly what her problem is nor do I even know her name that is how short and rude she is. Really considering finding a new provider for my children. I love the providers here but when you come in to the building and meet with what is the face of this company and the treatment is so awful it may be time to move on. Really wish she was more friendly and approachable like the other receptionist. I think her name was Julie, she was absolutely amazing and treated all the kids and parents with such care and concern.”
“Absolutely tramatic experience. Stay clear of this place. The only thing they work hard at is preventing you from getting FMLA and billing you for an absolute bazaar experience. If you care about your kids, use Mahajans on N Main, they do not mess around. Or, like this place told me over the phone, just call the crisis line. And the front desk lady is the worst! Whoever appointed her to answer the phones is beyond help. I thought i was being punk’d every time i called or came in. Just run.”
