What patients say on Google

“This office provides excellent care and service to its patients. Dr. Benigar, in particular, is one of the best doctors I have met in a long time. He is caring, attentive, and professional, and I truly appreciate the time and attention he gives to his patients. I highly recommend Dr. Benigar and his team.”

“I fired Salience Health in Plano last year because my NP was great and caring (but no longer with the company); but the supervising doctor who never met me was absolutely NOT about patient care, but following corporate guidelines, the business office/team also apparently followed the same concept that corporate process flow is more important than customer service OR patient care. In 54 years never felt more like a number in any medical practice regardless of specialty. Furthermore I moved to Austin, Texas and on May 7th, my new doctor requested medical records. I followed up myself on May 11th as my new doctor had not received them and was told Salience uses a 3rd party for medical records and my doctor would receive them no later than May 14th. Monday May 18th I followed up again, and Salience told me that they JUST faxed them that morning. I didn't not even bother to ask why they waited that long, but I did ask if they faxed it to the correct fax number and said I have my new doctor's fax number to confirm, and I was told bluntly, "No need, it was faxed to the correct number." I followed up with my new doctor again this morning, (May 19th) and still no medical records. I called Salience back again this morning and now have found out they had the fax number off by 1 digit! Additionally at some point, my new doctor had sent over a 2nd request and on that form their fax number is typed out, so the error was not my new doctors fault. Either way, after firing Salience Health last year, and requested medical records so I could restart care here in Austin on May 7th, I have now waited 12 days and they have failed to even provide those to me so I can continue care. So yes, I would absolutely NOT EVER recommend anyone to go to this corporate "healthcare" company. (And for the record, this is me now calmed down -- you should have read the first draft.) I have been a Patient Advocate for 18 years and am sincerely sickened by their apathy.”

“My mom was very satisfied with Dr. Robert Benigar and the overall experience. He was very professional, took the time to explain everything clearly, and was patient and attentive to her concerns. We are very happy to have found this clinic and Dr. Benigar. Thank you!”

“Dr. Minwalla has been such a great addition to my health care team. As someone who has a mixture of physical and mental health issues he is able to use the history from both sides to create a care plan that works best. Since beginning my medication management journey with him I've felt seen and heard in all aspects. Helping me to reduce and increase doses based on my reaction to the changes as well as offering alternative treatment methods. I am very lucky to have found Dr. Minwalla on my first try when it comes to psychiatry. I would recomend him and the facility to anyone looking for mental health resources.”
