“It is amazing for me to be able to go to the Salience on Communications Pkwy in Plano, not just because the location is in a convenient location, but because of the staff. The staff is amazing! The front desk is very kind and helpful. They care enough to regularly check your blood pressure, and so its nice to know they just don't have interest in your mental health, but also for your internal health because the two work together for a healthy me and you. The medical assistant that takes your blood pressure is totally awesome. She is extra nice. I really like her alot. And Stephanie is AWESOME!! She's so laid back and makes you feel at ease. I like how she really listens to me and she answers all my questions. She's very nice and very calming which is very welcoming especially when it's your first time and more importantly she never changes after that no matter how many times you have seen her. If you decide to do TMS Therapy ask for Tanocka he is kind and respectful and enjoys his job. You're in good hands with him. TMS does work because I experienced clearness in my brain and it was amazing! And Dr. Crumpacker thank you for your kindness and for choosing a great staff that sees one another as family. There are other wonderful staff members there that are very kind as well and I want them to also know that I appreciate their smiles and willingness to extend themselves to make sure that I was comfortable and cared for. “Stephanie Kochup. is extremely unprofessional and an uncaring doctor. She ended my care for the second time in two years for maternity leave and recently she cancelled my last appointment before I could appear. Does not show any interest during visits and the only reason I had her as my psychiatrist is because she took over for a previous doctor that I had that actually helped me. She is not a doctor for anyone who has busy schedules and doesn’t have time to be switched every few months to a brand new psychiatrist. Also not for anyone that actually wants to be heard during their appointments. My recommendation for this office is to hire practitioners that actually chose the profession to care and help others and not for selfish reasons. Never in my life have I felt more dismissed or uncared for by a health professional than when I was being seen by Stephanie.”
