“I had my first visit today with Khuu, Ami. I was skeptical about going here due to the reviews left, but as of this time for my first visit I have nothing but good things to say about everyone I came across from checking in to checking out. Ami, was very sweet, understanding and knowledgeable. I will say though, they did bring up the TMS Treatment as one of my options. They were not pushy about it but from the other reviews I’ve seen if you do plan on coming here I suggest to be prepared for them to mention it and no it’s not a cheap treatment.”

“I saw Jennifer D-P for the first time today and couldn't have left feeling more safe and heard. She started me on a new medication, explained all of the possible side effects, went over when and how to take it, and really took the time to listen to all of my concerns. The office as a whole is full of smiling faces, and is incredibly clean and pleasant. So much different than other experiences I've had with psychiatry offices in the past. I'm actually excited and motivated to see how my new meds work and keep seeing Jennifer!”

“I initially had a great experience at Salience. They were able to help provide detailed care into my individual situation and help me learn my options. However they became very sales-oriented and sold me on TMS therapy, a costly therapy with limited scientific back up. I did the full treatment and then they extended my treatment further due to lack of results. In the end I did over 40 treatments and saw no improvements to my symptoms. I respectfully told my care team that I was going to stop treatment and try other options outside of Salience. I canceled my future check-in appointments and left on what I thought was a mutual understanding. Unfortunately, it appears my care team did not cancel my appointments, and when the office called to confirm I again reiterated that I would not be proceeding with additional care. They proceeded to charge me for missed appointments as well as the additional TMS therapy that I was told would be covered by insurance. I attempted to resolve with the office but was only able to resolve the therapy and they refused to acknowledge that I had canceled the appointments. This is now two years later and I still receive medical collection calls due to missed appontment "fees". For an office supposedly aimed at helping their clients, they seem much more interested in selling you programs that have mixed results and milking you for every dollar they can.”
