What patients say on Google

“Salience Health is an exceptional practice. Every staff member I encountered was kind and considerate, and Lacey was especially helpful and understanding when scheduling my appointment. It is abundantly clear that this clinic genuinely cares about its patients' well-being. The convenience of having comprehensive services—from bloodwork to EKGs—done in-office is fantastic, alongside their life-changing treatments like TMS. Dr. D is both patient and deeply knowledgeable. He spent over an hour speaking with me, taking the time to truly understand my history. After 13 years with a previous psychiatrist who abruptly stopped communicating, I was naturally apprehensive about starting over. However, I am absolutely thrilled with the care I received. I cannot recommend Dr. D and Salience Health highly enough.”

“Scheduling was easy and the staff were very helpful. The intake forms seemed to go on forever, but I can appreciate that they were very thorough and during my appointment it was clear that my doctor had actually read them. I was booked with a male psychiatrist, and before my appointment the practice called me back to let me know a new female psychiatrist would have openings the same week if I wanted to reschedule—I didn’t, but I appreciated that the consideration was made as I know many women would prefer to be seen by a woman. My appointment ran a little long (I’m a talker), but I never felt rushed. My spouse was also seen at this location and had an equally smooth and pleasant experience. My psychiatrist was very easy to talk to and helped me understand what was going on with me. Overall I’m very satisfied.”

“The provider was pleasant, the office staff was friendly, and the facility was clean and welcoming. However, my experience left me disappointed and ultimately influenced my decision not to establish care with this practice. During my daughter's wellness physical, I was asked if I had any concerns. I mentioned a rash/fungal concern that I hoped could be evaluated while we were already there. After the physical was completed, I was informed that addressing that concern would require changing the visit type and paying an additional office visit fee, or scheduling a separate appointment and returning another day. While I understand there may be billing and insurance requirements, the process felt more focused on generating a separate charge than on providing comprehensive patient care. As a parent, it was frustrating to be asked about concerns, only to learn that discussing them would result in an additional fee. It also made me hesitant to ask future questions because I was unsure what other concerns might trigger additional charges. What made the experience even more disappointing was that the evaluation consisted of a brief look at the area followed by a referral to a dermatologist. No treatment was provided, no prescription was given, and I was charged an additional copay for the visit. As a nurse, I understand healthcare is also a business, but patient interactions should still feel patient-centered. Unfortunately, this experience did not leave me feeling comfortable or confident enough to establish this practice as the primary care provider for myself or my family. While everyone was professional and courteous, the billing approach made the experience feel transactional rather than welcoming.”

“This was my first appointment with Dr. Vivan Jones, and I had a great experience. Dr. Jones was kind, attentive, and took the time to listen to my concerns. Everyone in the office was friendly and welcoming, and I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. The entire visit was smooth and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Jones and her team!”
