How likely are you to recommend Salience Health?
What patients say on Google
“I had my first appt with Dr Visnaw this week. I was very anxious as I arrived to the appointment. Upon meeting with the Dr I was instantly put at ease. He made me feel incredibly comfortable and created an environment where I could be myself. Highly recommend!”
“Dr. Visnaw is very professional and understanding when discussing my concerns. He always reassures me that if I ever need anything, I should never hesitate to reach out and he will be there to help. The entire staff is also very kind and welcoming, especially the receptionist at the front. Overall, it has been a very positive experience.”
“DO NOT PAY ANYTHING UPFRONT! My experience with Salience TMS Neuro Solutions was extremely disappointing and concerning. Before starting treatment, I confirmed with their staff that the clinic was in-network with my insurance carrier and that pre-authorization had been approved, with a $30 copay per session. Based on that information, I began treatment. The first appointment felt rushed, the treatment protocol was not clearly explained, and the sessions did not match what I later learned are standard FDA-approved TMS protocols for depression. After discussing the situation with my psychiatrist, I was advised to discontinue treatment. The billing situation was even worse. When I requested a refund for the sessions paid upfront, the office repeatedly asked me to wait for the claims to be processed before issuing any refund. However, after contacting my insurance directly, I discovered that the clinic was not in network at the time of service, despite what I had been told beforehand. During those five months, I spoke with multiple staff members and billing representatives, received contradictory explanations, and many messages went unanswered. I was repeatedly promised follow-ups or resolutions that never happened. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend that people avoid this clinic. There is no guarantee that clinical procedures are performed correctly, and the office appears far more focused on collecting money than providing responsible and transparent patient care. Communication is poor, billing practices are questionable, and accountability is essentially nonexistent.”
“Would strongly recommend to avoid this clinic have only been seen once, but the stuff I have been through with billing is insane. They clearly run this place like they are focused on profit over care. Can’t speak for the providers individually but do not set yourself up to be taken advantage of financially. AVOID!!!!”
