“Dr. Pastolero seems thorough and willing to help find you the ideal treatment. Most of my interactions with staff were pleasant and uneventful. The caveat is the actual TMS treatment. I have to have treatment yearly and this is my first time with them. Closer to home and quicker treatment period. That’s a plus but the treatment itself is a sensory nightmare. I have never experienced such an intense sensation that would forcefully and involuntarily slam my jaw into a clench. The sensation is indicative of those Shock treatment movie scenes where I needed a mouth guard. Never had that happen with my previous treatments. I can handle a head knock, not this. My anxiety would peak before each appointment. I couldn’t finish treatment and won’t be back for TMS with Salience for that reason.”
