What patients say on Google
“Stopped using their services because almost all of my therapists quit, (mind you i’ve been switched therapists 3 times in the past 3 years?) and we’ve been done with them for months. Just got something in the mail, billed to my father, but sent to my address. My father doesn’t even live with me. Did not know about this. Many circumstances like this has happened in the past where they say we owe money and its past due but have never once stated to us that we did when it was due. Do not use these services if you don’t have unlimited money to give! I then got an adhd test, which they said would be due in 3 months. It turned into many more than just 3. I was then told it shouldve only taken a month. Nobody knows what is going on. Another thing is that my psychiatrist kept giving me medication for mental disorders i was not diagnosed with. He then would get upset with me when i would stop taking them. Not great, and i hope the workers here can find some place better.”
“I took my daughter for a psychological evaluation. The evaluation seemed fine, and results were promised in 6 weeks, and we received them in closer to 8. Once received, the evaluation had my daughter’s name AND another male child’s name and information. I was stunned and called right away. Their resolution was to remove his name, but kept all of his diagnoses. For example, my daughter doesn’t have a speech delay, but this was in the evaluation. I can only conclude that this was a result from the other child. When I called, they said that they stick by their work and a refund wasn’t an option. So we had to go through the whole process again, and pay again, just to get an evaluation. If you need accurate results, I wouldn’t trust this practice.”
“I will never know if this place is decent. Their phone system is out of 1950. It rings several times, a voice says someone will be with me, it rings several times. Over and over for 10 minutes until I hung up. These folks can't handle the practical aspects of running a business. Like hell would I trust them to medicate me.”
“As a client @ Saginaw Psychological Services, Incorporated, their staff is very kind and helpful.I would recommend Saginaw Psychological Services, Incorporated to anyone that needs services through Saginaw County Community Mental Health Authorities.”
