“Frequently wait half an hour or more for my appointments or the provider doesn't show up at all and it is blamed on the system. When I call in to see if my appointment is still happening, it's a ten minute wait or more. Then if the provider is late you have to reschedule. Their message says they are experiencing a higher than call volume every time I call in so I can only imagine it's because everyone else is calling in to see if their provider is going to show up as well. 🤷”
