Upon intake I was told two different times and days, 3 different emails, 6 copy emails. With no clear indication of when my appointment was, now I’m told I missed an appointment and am being billed for no call no show? it’s ok for your staff to misinform me and I’m supposed to take the bill? Make that make sense, why is it almost borderline impossible to get any decent mental health support in this city.”
