“We had a great experience at Sage Minds. Jaclyn was great with our child's counseling. She was so sweet and caring and our child looked forward to all her appointments. She took care of all the things we needed her to address and did it in a fun way so that our child was comfortable. I have already recommended Sage Minds to people I know personally. I’m so thankful to have found them so they could help us with our needs.”

“My son had been going here for about a month. Wasn’t asked the proper questions, you know, teens need the “right” questions asked. When found out conditions worked we were advised to escalate it to another facility. We escalated it to the next in care facility (obviously can’t make the appointments) and messaged the therapist to put all sessions on hold until we let her know it has been resolved and he is out. 1 week later, automated message comes over - says “say stop” I said cancel - obviously because the appointment still needed cancelled as we had not had our child released from in patient care that she recommended. When I didn’t make it to the appointment I was charged $85, cool ok, understood. Then I was told do you want to pause all sessions going forward or terminate services. I said let’s pause them. I got told - ok we will terminate it and you can just reach out when you know more. I respectfully asked the therapist to reach out to the mom since the communication via message system wasn’t good… and she refused to call the mom, and just reiterated ALL SESSIONS ARE TERMINATED Not sure if this place cares about the final conditions of the patients or what? But you can’t call and get ahold of the right person, they only work when they want to. This isn’t a full time gig, and it shows. Find someone invested in the health of your loved ones”

“This place had a disruption in their understanding of an appointment all they did was argue and never hear out how to move things forward. Regardless of the fee, which was non important. Highly recommended to find a place that cares truly about the person and the ability to read messages and understand them fully. PS. Good luck contacting them by phone. That’s a disaster, even asked for a call and got a “we will remove you from our services””
