What patients say on Google
“Update: the team director from the office did reach out to ask about my concerns and I do appreciate that. I would still advise against Dr.Salary for the provider specifically but I think the other providers and the SAFY office in general is accountable and helpful when you have concerns. A little disappointed with my psychiatrist Dr.Salary at this office. I have trialed three different ADHD medications. She was supposed to prescribe a new medication for the ADHD and now another week has passed by where (for the second time) she has forgotten to send the medication. I am looking for a new psychiatrist or nurse practitioner now due to her incompetence and have reported her for prescribing medications which are stimulants, affecting the body chemically when you “forget” per se, to prescribe these to your patients. Patients put their trust in their doctor to do no harm to them. She can not be trusted in this aspect. Being that I have ADHD, very minor psychiatric disorder in comparison to some others that do need to have consistent medication. Be very cautious with what you seek help for from this psychiatrist.”
“I needed to speak with one of the counselors...(Carleen), left an urgent message and guess what...NO RESPONSE. If they're this bad at returning calls, I worry about how they are when it comes to more serious duties. This part of my review is an update; I made the mistake of reaching out to this place one last time, in effort to help my friend, who is, unfortunately seen by the above mentioned "counselor", because my friend was suicidal and I was trying everything I could reasonably think of to get them proper help. This place doesn't return calls, respond to messages, notta, even during crisis apparently! It sickens me how bad off my friend was and this place didn't do anything. I had even tried reaching out to Carleen through a secondary source and still nothing was done to help my friend. There are no words to express how ashamed I am with myself for ever reaching out to this place. There's so much more I could say, but I'll stop, for the sake of my friend, who I actually care about. I'll put it this way, if I were in their shoes, I'd gladly suffer in silence before I'd ever come here. They, on the other hand, haven't yet figured out that they deserve better than this place.”
“Very unprofessional staff. From the moment I walked in, I had to ring for help and then I had to wait far past my appointment’s start time. Krystal was also extremely unprofessional; she had an attitude the entire appointment and made answering my questions difficult. And good luck getting ahold of any medical records or information in a timely manner. I would not recommend this office for anyone.”
“a calm place to chill to get things off your mind for a bit but at the same time good staff who actually tries their best.”
