“Schedule an appointment. Took two months for new patient. I was fine with it. Paid my fee. The day of my appointment my son got the stomach flu. Called to cancel and had to leave a message. They called me back and canceled my appointment and didn’t ask about rescheduling so I had to bring it up. When I ask the lady tells me the next appointment is 5 months later. I ask why and her only excuse was they boom up fast and that is how their scheduling goes. Ask for a refund for my fee and without any hesitation she said she will put a note and that was it. There was no compassion. There was no room to help. Just wanted to get my off their books.”
