I don't know my therapist yet so, while she seems very good (calm, CALMING, insightful & sensitive, to list a few attributes), I cannot honestly say in depth much about her. The support staff has been fantastic. Easy to work on making an appointment and as a dinosaur, I have had very little experience with virtual meetings, so I had many questions (fears & anxieties). The IT department was terrific, guided me through the procedure and gave me a direct number in case I had issues at the time of the meeting.
