“This is absolutely unacceptable. Trying to enter the meeting early, and it shows the zoom meeting is valid. Then provided me with a new one and spoke to the front desk about my information and pharmacy, all going well. Then told me to wait in the meeting, a usual... waiting and waiting then i get a call from the front desk telling me i left the meeting??? I was still waiting there. Proceeds to tell me that my grace period expired and if i want to reschedule, telling me I have to pay $150 dollars for same day cancelation??? Even when it's not my fault and while speaking to the front desk I'm still paying in there. Checked even the zoom information to see if it was another meeting by accident but not, still same meeting ID and name Priya James as host. I took a screen shot of the entire information of the meeting. Charging me $150 dollars FOR ME WAITING IN THEIR MEETING. And the front desk instead of helping keeps saying "as their policy goes, i have to reschedule and pay $150 fee as same day cancelation". Do the front desk even care at all about their patients??? They are STEALING MONEY and it's not the first time they have done this, they tried with another patient i know that recommended me this place, but because she called her professional directly rather than using the zoom, they didn't cancel the appointment. Theis doctors and professionals are not to blame but their front desk and staff are the insane problem. If the owner of this facility doesn't respond to this, then it's an absolute SCAM.”

“The front desk staff do NOT care about the patients. They should NOT be working at a mental health office with the attitude and disrespect I was treated with today. If the owner was smart he/she would get a whole new front desk staff. Fire, fire, fire. HEY OWNER DO YOU NOT SEE ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ON YOUR FRONT DESK STAFF?”

“Do not come here, they will scam you out of money and the billing department is not helpful at all! They withdrew $225 from my account without my authorization, no phone call no email, not anything! It’s not right and they just don’t care. I will be getting my care somewhere else from now on. Other than this, no complaints about the providers, and the office manager Nikki is very professional. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back for any more appointments with this business as I don’t want to be scammed out of more money, and I never got a refund either.”

“I hear the doctors are great but they never pick up the phone. When they do, they bounce you around and put you on hold until it tells you to leave a message (they never call back). Update. Once services started, they have been great. Changing to 4 stars. Minus one due to the phone situation.”
